I led the end-to-end editorial production of one of Indonesia’s leading property publications. Each edition tackled major issues shaping the country’s real estate landscape. My responsibilities spanned editorial planning, theme development, content strategy, research coordination, fact-checking, writer management, and cross-functional collaboration with designers and production teams to deliver insightful, data-driven publications with high editorial and visual standards. These projects showcase my expertise in editorial leadership, long-form content strategy, research-driven storytelling, and producing authoritative publications that combine journalistic integrity with industry insights.

99 Magazine 10th Edition

The 10th edition of 99 Magazine delves into one of Indonesia’s most pressing challenges: the widening gap between housing demand and the supply of safe, affordable homes. Featuring expert commentary, data-driven analysis, as well as case studies from both urban centers and emerging regions, this issue probes the causes and consequences of the country’s unmet need for habitable housing and explores strategies to bridge the divide between policy, investment and on-the-ground delivery.

As Managing Editor, I led the day-to-day editorial process: from the initial theme conception through to the final print and digital release. I coordinated the editorial calendar, guided our writers and contributors to craft compelling features, oversaw the research and fact-checking process, and also worked closely with designers and production teams to ensure high visual and editorial standards.

99 Magazine 9th Edition

In this ninth edition titled **“**Without Capital Status, What’s Next for Jakarta?”, the magazine asks a pivotal question: How will Jakarta evolve once Indonesia relocates its capital to Nusantara in West Kalimantan? While exploring potential trajectories for Jakarta’s future, the issue also unpacks why the city is still very attractive for the nation’s business leaders, talent and workforce, despite its impending loss of formal capital status.

For this edition, I also served as the Managing Editor, leading the editorial process from conception to final publication.
